Daniel Heinz - Artist Biography
artist biography
I was born on January 13, 2001 in Leipzig, Germany, and I see myself as a passionate painter. I was inspired by my mother's porcelain painting at an early age, which sparked my enthusiasm for my artistic career. I completed my training as a glass and porcelain painter in 2019 at the vocational school for glass and jewelry in Kaufbeuren. During this time, I created my work "Heimat", a glass picture that is actually on display in the diocese of Augsburg today.
Artistic Development and Style
In my artistic work, I focus on dynamic and powerful animal motifs, which I capture on canvas with acrylic paints. My paintings are characterized by harmoniously coordinated colors and an energetic artistic expression that reflects my deep appreciation and fascination for nature. Inspired by artists such as Voka, Shishkin and Monet, I have developed my own style that combines realistic attention to detail with lively, expressive accents. This creates a balance between naturalism and abstraction that makes my works appear lively and profound.
major works and projects
One of my most important works is the acrylic painting "Cosmic Genius" from 2020, a colorful portrait of Albert Einstein with his iconically sticking out tongue. This work symbolizes Einstein's playful intelligence and is one of the central pieces in my portfolio. "Cosmic Genius" is currently exhibited in the lobby of a prestigious hotel and attracts the attention and admiration of many guests.
exhibitions
My works have been shown in various national and international exhibitions, including:
- 2024: Language of Coexistence , Haegeumgang Theme Museum, South Korea (group exhibition)
- 2023: Life is Art , Haegeumgang Theme Museum, South Korea (group exhibition)
- 2019: My first solo exhibition Realism in a bank branch of my then place of residence Kaufbeuren
Artistic Philosophy
With my art I want to promote awareness of the beauty and importance of wildlife. I invite viewers to appreciate the diversity and uniqueness of nature. Each of my works is a tribute to the life and power of wildlife, which I bring to canvas and thus share my admiration for nature.
Current and future projects
I am currently working on new projects that will continue my artistic development and explore the symbiosis of animals and color even more intensively. In the coming years, I plan to present my works more internationally and make my message of closeness to nature accessible to a wider audience.
work process
My work process depends on the fact that I am guided directly by the acrylic paint on canvas. This flexible approach allows me to work intuitively and expressively and to give each work a special dynamic that can be felt.
