Are all paintings hand-painted?

Yes, all paintings in the menu item ' Discover Paintings ' and ' Accessories & Gifts ' are completely hand-painted.

What do I receive when I order a painting?

When you order an original painting from us, you will receive a unique, handcrafted work of art, painted with professional acrylic paints on high-quality cotton canvas. Each painting is unique and personally signed by Daniel Heinz or Gulnara Heinz .

The painting is delivered ready-stretched on a sturdy spruce and fir wood stretcher frame. You can hang it immediately upon receipt; no additional frame is necessary. The edges of the painting are also painted, and the signature is applied personally. These details are not always visible in the product photos but are finalized before shipping.

Additionally, you will occasionally receive a small gift as a thank you for your order.

Is the painting varnished?

Our paintings are delivered unpainted. We've found that most customers prefer the unpainted finish, as it allows the brushwork to remain noticeable.

You can also varnish the painting yourself. An important note: The colors often appear more intense and vibrant after varnishing.

If you would like us to varnish the painting, you can select this option in the "More" menu under "Finish & Extras." Please note that varnishing may extend the delivery time.

Will I receive an invoice for my order?

Yes, once you've placed an order, you'll receive an invoice from me personally via email. This serves as confirmation of your order and indicates that it's being processed. If you can't find the invoice, please check your spam folder or contact me directly.

Are there discount codes?

Yes, we regularly offer discounts and exclusive coupon codes – for example, for special occasions, holidays, or for our newsletter subscribers. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to make sure you don't miss out on any discounts!

When will it be shipped?

Your order will be shipped within 2-3 business days, often sooner. Once shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.

How much are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs depend on the order value:

  • 2.99 € for orders up to 40 €
  • 3.99 € for orders from 40 € to 100 €
  • Free shipping for orders over 100 €

DHL (5.99€) and UPS (9.99€) have different rates.

Which shipping providers are available?

You can easily choose between GLS , DPD , Hermes , DHL and UPS at checkout.

Can I receive a painting more quickly, for example as a gift for a special occasion?

Yes! If you need one of my works of art urgently —perhaps as a birthday gift, for a wedding, or for another important occasion —please just send me a short email to h1z.online.shop@gmail.com.

I'll do my best to expedite shipping and get it on its way. Please indicate in your message when you 'd like the artwork to arrive so I can plan better.

What happens if the painting arrives damaged?

We take great care to ensure your painting arrives safely and undamaged. Should the artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will then resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether it's a replacement, repair, or refund—whichever you prefer.



Can I return the painting?

Returns are of course possible. 14-day return policy.

Does the painting come with a frame?

Our canvas prints are delivered without an outer frame, but stretched on a sturdy stretcher frame. XXL paintings, on the other hand, are shipped rolled up.

Are hangers included for the picture?

No, no hangers are included. This is because the optimal mounting depends heavily on the wall type and your individual needs.

However, you can order hangers in the "More" menu item under "Finishing & Extras" .
