Are all paintings hand-painted?
Yes, all paintings in the menu item ' Discover Paintings ' and ' Accessories & Gifts ' are completely hand-painted.
What do I receive when I order a painting?
When you order an original painting from us, you will receive a unique, handcrafted work of art, painted with professional acrylic paints on high-quality cotton canvas. Each painting is unique and personally signed by Daniel Heinz or Gulnara Heinz .
The painting is delivered ready-stretched on a sturdy spruce and fir wood stretcher frame. You can hang it immediately upon receipt; no additional frame is necessary. The edges of the painting are also painted, and the signature is applied personally. These details are not always visible in the product photos but are finalized before shipping.
Additionally, you will occasionally receive a small gift as a thank you for your order.
Will I receive a certificate of authenticity for my artwork?
Yes! For larger paintings from 80 x 60 cm upwards, we include a classic certificate of authenticity that officially confirms the originality of the work and my authorship.
For smaller works, we forgo a separate certificate for organizational reasons. In these cases, the signature on the back (supplemented by our company stamp) serves as sufficient proof.
Important: Regardless of size or markings, the authenticity of every work is permanently guaranteed. Each artwork is photographed before sale and archived in our digital catalogue raisonné.
Should you later require official proof of authenticity, for example for insurance or resale, please send us a photograph of the artwork. Based on the photograph, we can clearly identify the work and provide you with an official confirmation of its authenticity as a document.
Will the artwork be signed?
Yes, every artwork is carefully signed:
- Front: Personal signature of the artist
- Back: Signature, company stamp, full name, website link ( www.h1z-art.com ) and Instagram username (@danh1z, @gulnaraheinz)
Thus, each work is uniquely assigned, and its originality and authorship are clearly documented.
Is the painting varnished?
Our paintings are delivered unvarnished to preserve the natural brushstrokes. If you wish to further protect the artwork, we recommend water-based acrylic varnishes (matte or satin), which protect the colors without altering the surface texture. Please do not use epoxy resin, as it will yellow over time.
Are there discount codes?
Yes, we regularly offer discounts and exclusive coupon codes – for example, for special occasions, holidays, or for our newsletter subscribers. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on social media to make sure you don't miss out on any discounts!
Can I buy directly from you without using the online shop?
Yes, of course! You can contact us anytime, and we can process the purchase directly via email . Purchasing through the online shop is not mandatory.
When will it be shipped?
Your order will be shipped within 1-3 business days. Once it has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.
Which shipping providers are available?
At checkout, you can freely choose your preferred shipping provider: GLS, DHL, FedEx, UPS or Hermes (standard).
For particularly large paintings – approximately 100 x 70 cm and above – we ensure that your artwork can be transported without any problems. Should your chosen shipping provider not offer this service, we will inform you beforehand by email and only ship the artwork if you agree to the alternative. In this case, we reliably use Hermes.
Hermes is a very secure shipping provider that carefully packages your artwork and delivers it quickly: within Germany in 1–3 days and throughout Europe in 3–7 days. With over 6 years of experience, we have successfully delivered all medium and large paintings to our customers undamaged and on time using this method.
This way you can be sure that your valuable work of art arrives protected, quickly and ready to beautify your rooms.
Can I receive a painting more quickly, for example as a gift for a special occasion?
Yes! If you need one of my works of art urgently —perhaps as a birthday gift, for a wedding, or for another important occasion —please just send me a short email to h1z.online.shop@gmail.com.
I'll do my best to expedite shipping and get it on its way. Please indicate in your message when you 'd like the artwork to arrive so I can plan better.
What happens if the painting arrives damaged?
We take great care to ensure your painting arrives safely and undamaged. Should the artwork arrive damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We will then resolve the issue as quickly as possible, whether it's a replacement, repair, or refund—whichever you prefer.
Can I return the painting?
Returns are of course possible. 14-day return policy.

Will I receive an invoice?
Yes, of course. You will receive an invoice from me personally via email, along with the order confirmation. Should it be missing (which can happen due to many everyday tasks), simply send me a short email to h1z.online.shop@gmail.com with the subject or note "Invoice please" – I will send it to you immediately.
Are hangers included for the picture?
No, no hanging hardware is included. This is because the optimal hanging method depends heavily on the wall type and your individual needs.
However, you can order hangers under the menu item "Discover paintings" in the "Refinement" section.
Where can I buy your art and what are the rules?
You can purchase my artwork either directly through my online shop or via the Singulart platform. When purchasing through my own online shop, my own terms and conditions and cancellation policy apply exclusively; you accept these before completing your order. If you purchase artwork through the Singulart gallery, the purchase agreement and its processing are governed by Singulart's terms and conditions and sales guidelines , which define their rules for payment, shipping, and returns. Therefore, the applicable terms and conditions always depend on the chosen purchasing platform.
